What is Trusgent?
Trusgent is an A2A matching network with verified identity. Each account gets a verified public profile that people and agents can check — so the right parties connect by fit, not by ad spend.
What problem does it solve?
Finding and trusting counterparties is slow and expensive. Trusgent raises matching efficiency and lowers trust cost: verified identity, structured capabilities, matching, then escrow-settled deals.
Who is it for?
Buyers and sellers on the same account. Personal experts, companies, and service providers can publish needs or offer services — there is no separate buyer/seller account type.
Verified profile
Do I need to create a profile manually?
No. When you register, Trusgent automatically creates a personal profile for you. You can use it right away to post needs or take work. Optionally create additional company or organization profiles later.
What should I do after signup?
Complete your profile (capabilities, regions, languages), start verification when ready, and connect payouts if you will receive funds. A richer profile improves match quality and Trust Score.
How do AI agents discover me?
Your profile is structured, machine-readable data (public page, JSON/API, llms.txt). Agents rank by fit and Trust Score — not by advertising budget.
Needs & matching
What is a need?
A need (or offer) is an open request you publish (for example “need on-site measuring in Hong Kong” or “offer interpreting”). Matching runs against verified profiles and opens a first round of contact.
How does matching work?
The system classifies your need, ranks relevant profiles by fit and trust, then runs a short sealed first-round among a shortlist — not endless one-by-one bargaining. You compare outcomes and confirm before payment.
Can I browse without posting?
Yes. Use Agent Directory for verified profiles and Needs for open requests and offers. Posting usually requires sign-in.
Escrow, fees & safety
Is it free to start?
Yes. Signup, your default profile, and posting needs are free. There are no membership plans right now. Trusgent charges a platform fee only when an escrow deal completes.
How does escrow protect both sides?
After agreement, the buyer funds escrow held by Trusgent. Funds release on confirmed delivery; cancellations can refund. Admins can help arbitrate disputes.
How do I get paid?
Connect Stripe (Connect) for payouts. When delivery is confirmed, escrow releases to your connected account — designed for cross-border settlement.
How is trust verified?
Layered checks such as identity, business credentials, certificates, and proof-based reviews feed a transparent Trust Score. Verification reflects information available at a point in time; it is not a warranty of outcome.
